on our
privacy, shipping and return policies
Your privacy
All information you send to us will remain with us. We respect your
privacy, so we have built secure, encrypted order pages. This insures that
any information you give us on the order form will get to us in the most
confidential manner possible. Our promise is to keep it confidential.
Back Orders and Indent
If we can not fill your
entire order, you will be notified that items have been back ordered. We
can’t guarantee our suppliers can immediately fill and deliver orders, so
we believe that it is better to ship all ordered items that are currently
in stock rather than delay the entire order pending the arrival of one or
two items.
However, we can hold
orders until completely filled if requested or if we know the delay on
final items will not be more than a couple of days.
Freight is charged on
all parcels. However, we do try to combine back orders with regular mail
outs such as magazine standing orders and Block-of-the-Month to minimize
the freight handling costs.
Our Return Policy
Sadly, some things just don't work out for one reason or another and a
return is needed. Our shop policies are as follows.
Please call (phone
04-902-9908) or e-mail (returns@fibreflair.com) the shop first, to alert us of the return, and for an authorization.
You’ll need to send along a copy of the sales slip that arrived with the
order. This is very important - sometimes, things come back to us with no
notes, and we don't know what to do with them!
Any obviously defective
items will be replaced if still in stock or else the full purchase price
will be credited. Patterns, leaflets, charts, kits and fabrics are not
returnable.
Any returnable items
must be in re-saleable condition -- original packaging intact etc. Returns
for any reason must be made within 10 days within New Zealand or 30 days
overseas.
If we have made an error
with your order, we will reimburse your return post or freight. Please
make sure it can arrive to us safely! If you are choosing to return an
item because you've changed your mind, you will have to pay the shipping.
In this case, returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sale and
Special Order items are not returnable.
Please open your order
immediately on receipt, and check it over. Any claim for errors in
shipment or charges needs to be made within 10 days within New Zealand or
30 days overseas.
All prices are subject
to change without notice.
Insurance and Freight
If your purchase is lost or damaged on the
way to you or when you are returning it to Fibre Flair, we will replace it
free of charge. All parcels are mailed through New Zealand Post or
couriered by Post Haste
